TC-878, a 78 Shore D urethane, is virtually colourless and has a heat deflection temperature of 88°C with exceptional impact resistance. This material is often used in automotive design and for various parts in the amusement park industry; anywhere a clear, easily pigmentable urethane is needed or a precise colour match is required. This product exhibits good weatherability and is lower in cost than comparable systems in the industry. If higher durometer/higher heat deflection is required, check out its sister product TC-857, an 84 Shore D system with a 102°C HDT.
